Mail Call Online is an interactive connection to our Bookings and Customer Service facilities.

As well as allowing you to book couriers quickly, you can:

Keep an eye on the progress of the current day's bookings
Make enquiries about bookings from previous days
Obtain price estimates and price lists
Request proof of deliveries,
Obtain estimates of times of Pickup & Delivery
Export your booking data to a spreadsheet

and include your

Company name
Mail Call account number
(found on page 1 of invoices)
Phone number you quote when booking on 136-331.
Preferred password. (size 6 - 10)

Your password confirmation will be emailed to you.

Fuel Surcharge

Mail Call has imposed a fuel surcharge since January 2001. The surcharge is clearly shown in our invoices/statements as fuel surcharge and will apply to all jobs completed by motorised vehicles.
